After finally deciding which skin I wanted, purchasing was a breeze. I did have a couple issues with installation, nothing to do with theme, but help was immediate in taking care of it. Of course then I wanted to make changes and Nicholas went above and beyond the call of duty to help me even though he did not have to. As big of a challenge as I was, he was nothing but professional. This is what customer service is all about and ThemeYard has it hands down!
